1, Please fill in the Exhibitor Agreement and stamped. Then fax to the organizing committee after understanding the show.
2, The organizing committee will make arrangement the booth in accordance with the principles of “ apply first, arrangement first, pay first, affirm first”.
3, After being affirmed by the organizing committee, you must remit the money to the account appointed during five work days and affirm the booth at the end.
4, The organizing committee will send the exhibitor manual to you by email or post after you book the booth. Exhibitor manual includes exhibitive products transportation, build and design booth, travel and hotel, rent other exhibition things and some other service information.
5, Organizing committee will give the invoice during the exhibition..
